Please read these terms and conditions carefully as by using this website or making any booking with us depends upon your full acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions than you must not use this website. For your convenience, here “we” & “us” or “our” represents the company (Aktip Travel) whereas “you” & “your” represents customers or user first name as per his/her passport. Wheras supplier & principals represents the airline companies, tour operators, car hiring, cruise services and other related travel firms.

Contract:

As a travel agency we are representatives between you and the principals or other suppliers like airline companies, tour operators, and car hire companies etc. We would arrange a contract/agreement for you with the principals or suppliers whenever you have booked any travel arrangements through us. It is important to know that each travel arrangement (e.g. flights, hotel, holiday packages, care hire or cruise lines etc.) has its own agreement with different terms and conditions according to the principals or suppliers policy. You will be responsible to pay us against all travel arrangements which you have booked through us after your successful contract with the principals or suppliers at the time of booking confirmation. So please read them carefully before you make any booking because we as a representative do not take any responsibility of policies of the principals or suppliers related to charges, cuts or actions against the services provided to you by the suppliers. In case of two or more persons, the customer who contacted us for any booking through telephone, email or online will be responsible for all the payments and providing us the correct details on behalf of all those passengers, he/she is booking.

Bookings & Payments:

It is the responsibility of passengers to provide accurate time, date, names and other details as per their passport and flight itinerary before proceeding to confirm the booking. We always need a confirmation on flight itinerary and other details sent to you on your email before making a confirm booking for you. If you find anything incorrect in your details, please inform us immediately before your confirmation. Because it might not be possible to make changes or amendments once your booking is confirmed as it depends on the terms and conditions of the principals and suppliers (airlines, tour operators, cruise services, car hire services, hotels, etc.). In case you want to do changes or correct any details on your ticket, invoice or holiday package then it can cost you extra charges as per your contract with suppliers or principals and our services fee where applicable. It is important to know that all the sold tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable by the airlines unless otherwise stated. Note that all the fares and other information displayed on our website are subject to availability.

You are required to pay a full amount against all the travel arrangements at the time of booking through us. This is also to be noted that you accept your age is 18 years or over and you are responsible for all of the transactions made under your bank account and name. You are also responsible for all those payments on behalf of all those persons for which you have booked with us. You also shows consent and agree on our Privacy Policy and Data usage to be shared with the suppliers to arrange travel services for you. In case of payments through debit or credit card which you are using should be owned by you.

> Cancellation:

Cancellation of any booking will be according to the terms and conditions of the suppliers and principals which can cost you cancellation charges or in some cases they may charge you 100% of the total cost. It is again highly requested to read the terms and conditions at the time of booking your ticket or any other travel services.

Financial Protection:>

Flights booking with Aktip Travel, either its within UK or departing from UK are ATOL protected except those flight bookings or air packages which do not receive ATOL certificate are not ATOL protected. Whereas in some cases you can receive ATOL Certificate on some parts of your travel package which means that remaining are not covered under ATOL scheme. So it is always highly recommended to check-out your flight booking details or travel packages that which sort of protection is applied and which part of it will be covered or not.
